Before going back to Seoul, South Korea, David Park majored in Real Estate and Development in NYC, and started off his career in the RE finance industry. He then went on to working with one of the biggest global real estate firms located in Seoul where he honed his skills to become not only a professional broker, but also a RE consultant and global transaction advisor.<\/p>\n

With over a decade of experience, David has been given the opportunity to manage high profile projects which range from individual property to new city development. In 2014, David permanently moved to NYC and continues to smoothly integrate South Korea and U.S. real estate. David is currently working with a handful of well-known Korean brands and is helping them gain the exposure that they need to grow in the U.S. market and vice versa.<\/p>\n

He is optimistic, indisputably reliable and a natural leader by ensuring his clients and those who work alongside him succeed. He specializes in commercial real estate; his strengths include but not limited to Investment Sales, Commercial Lease, Debt Service, and Redevelopment.
